FareFlight is a flight price tracking and discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available flight pricing data to help you find deals, set price alerts, and explore destinations. FareFlight is not a travel agency and does not sell, book, or guarantee any flights. All bookings are made directly with the airline or a third-party booking provider.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access FareFlight.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from FareFlight.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
4. Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or Stripe billing portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- Free tier features may change at any time without notice.
5. Disclaimers
- Flight prices are sourced from Google Flights and other third-party providers. Prices are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
- Price alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee delivery timing or accuracy.
- FareFlight is not a travel agent, airline, or booking platform. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or booking outcomes.
- AI Travel Advisor responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify flight details before booking.
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FareFlight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect pricing, or losses incurred from reliance on the information provided.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FareFlight after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
